General Information

● When and where is the TWR taking place this year?

This year’s TWR will be held on May 30-31, 2026 at the: Holy Family of Nazareth (HFN) Parish Hall - 2323 Cheyenne St, Irving TX 75062

● What are the retreat hours?

The retreat starts on Saturday morning at 7:00am and ends Sunday at 12:30pm.

● How do I register for the retreat?

Early bird registration: March 19-April 19

Regular registration: April 20-May 23

● How much is the registration fee?

Refer to the registration fee table below:

● What is included in my registration fee?

Your fee covers registration and 2 meals (Saturday lunch & dinner).

● Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

Yes! If you can’t attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by May 23, 2026. Contact Sis Sandy Ricamata for assistance via email – sricamata@yahoo.com – with the request details and your contact information. You can also text her at (201) 952-4363 with your request and contact information.

● Are refunds available if I can’t attend?

Refunds are possible only until May 23, 2026. Kindly reach out to Sis Sandy Ricamata via email or text with your request and contact information.

● What are the accommodations available for attendees?

Retreat Experience

● Can I attend virtually?

No, the TWR is an in-person event.

● Will there be Mass everyday?

Yes, Mass will be celebrated Saturday (11:30am) and Sunday (8:00am).

● Will there be an opportunity to avail of the sacrament of reconciliation during TWR?

Yes, CFC confirmed that confessions would take place at 1:15 PM on Saturday.

● Where can I find the event schedule?

The schedule of events will be released two weeks before the TWR weekend.

Meal Information

● Which meals are included in my registration?

Your registration fee includes two main meals on Saturday: Lunch & Dinner

● What about breakfast?

Saturday Breakfast: Participants are asked to bring items for a communal "Grazing Table". See Grazing table section.

Sunday Breakfast: Participants should plan to eat at their respective hotels (most nearby partner hotels offer free breakfast).

● Are there options for children?

Children under 3: Meals are free.

Children ages 4–12: A meal charge of $30.00 applies. Please ensure they are pre-registered for "Kids Watch" to help with headcount.

Where will the meals be served? Meals will be held at the retreat location

Beverages & Sustainability

● Will water and coffee be provided?

Yes! Water and coffee will be provided throughout the retreat.

● Do I need to bring my own containers?

To help us reduce waste and stay environmentally friendly:

● Please bring your own reusable water bottle.

● Please bring a reusable coffee mug or cup for hot drinks.

Saturday Breakfast "Grazing Table"

● What is the Grazing Table?

This is a communal breakfast, new to this year’s TWR. where participants are asked to bring a breakfast dish to share. To ensure a delicious variety of options for our communal Saturday breakfast, we’ve divided contributions by last name. Please bring a dish that is ready to serve and good for 7 people:

Last Names A–L: Savory & Breads

Examples: Breakfast casseroles, quiches, bagels with cream cheese, croissants, hard-boiled eggs, cheeses, savory muffins, empanadas

Last Names M–Z: Sweet variety & Sweet Breads

Examples: Banana bread, danishes, fresh fruit platters, yogurt parfaits, coffee cake, sweet pastries, bibingka, puto, kutsinta, ensaymada

A Note on Sharing: The items listed above are just examples. Please feel free to bring whatever "warms your heart" to share with our community! Whether it’s a family favorite or a special cultural dish, we look forward to enjoying it together.

Participant Checklist: What to Bring

● Will there be Wi-Fi at the venue? No, the church wi-fi is for the authorized use of church employees only.

● Will there be Kids Watch in the event?

Yes. This will be available for ages 4-12 yrs old., but kids have to be preregistered. Ages 13 and up can serve - need to preregister to serve

NOTE: Kids Watch will be closed during Mass and Fellowship events
