General Information

● When and where is the weekend retreat taking place?

The weekend retreat will be held on August 23-24, 2025 at the Christian Renewal Center - 1515 Hughes Road, Dickinson, TX 77539 .

 ● What are the retreat hours?

The retreat starts on Saturday morning at 7:30am and ends Sunday at 1:15pm.

Registration

● How do I register for the retreat?

Early bird registration: June 16-July 15

Regular registration: July 16-August 14

● How much is the registration fee?

Refer to the registration fee table below:

 ● What is included in my registration fee?

Your fee covers registration, lodging and 5 meals (Saturday breakfast, lunch & dinner, and Sunday breakfast & lunch). 

● Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

Yes! If you can’t attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by August 14, 2025. Contact Sis Leah Gonzales (312) 282-1879 or Sis Remy Mitra (208) 995-9025 for assistance.

● Are refunds available if I can’t attend?

Refunds are possible only until August 12, 2025.  Kindly reach out to Sis Leah Gonzales  (312) 282 1379  or Sis Remy Mitra (208) 995-9025 for assistance.

Travel & Accommodation

● What are the accommodations available for attendees?

Lodging is included in the registration fee.

Room Types:

● 2-3 people max per room

● 5 people max per room

Linens for the rooms are not included in the registration fee,  but would be an add-on of $15 per person or you can bring your own.

● Will parking be available?

Yes, parking will be available at the Christian Renewal Center for the entire weekend retreat.

Retreat Experience

● Can I attend virtually?

 At this time, the retreat is in-person only. However, select sessions may be recorded and available at a later time.

● Will there be Mass everyday?

Yes. Mass will be celebrated both Saturday and Sunday mornings at 7:30AM in the CRC Chapel.

Other Common Questions

● Will there be Wi-Fi at the venue?

All meeting spaces have access to WiFi. The CRC provides WiFi for presenters only. 

● Will there be Kids Watch in the event?

 Yes. Please provide the name & age of the kids that you will bring in the retreat as you fill up the registration form. Kid’s registration (4-17y/o) is $85 per child.

● How can I contact the event organizers?

● Would there be accommodation for attendees arriving at the venue Friday night prior to the start of the retreat?

 Yes. There is a limited number of rooms available for attendees planning to arrive Friday night.  This will be an add-on when you fill up the registration form.  The cost for the Friday night stay is $35 per adult and does not include any meals.
